What has been checked
The ground at these coordinates
The satellite could not see this site. 15 scenes offered, 10 checked, the site clouded over in every one. Cloud hid this site, so a satellite comparison is not possible. From satellite
Copernicus Sentinel-2, rendered by the archive. A picture of the ground is not a site visit: it cannot say what was built, who built it, or whether it works.
