The ground at these coordinates
The satellite could not see this site. 11 scenes offered, 10 checked, the site clouded over in every one. Cloud hid this site, so a satellite comparison is not possible. From satellite
Copernicus Sentinel-2, rendered by the archive. A picture of the ground is not a site visit: it cannot say what was built, who built it, or whether it works.
